Hey, guess what! I'm back from New Mexico! Have been for over a week, actually. I'm sorry I still haven't really been "back" on here aside from posting a couple of doodles, but I really needed some time to recover. No worries, though, I used that time wisely! ...or well, some of it. You see, I've been sick as well, so I haven't been entirely as productive as I could have been... ;A; But I managed to get one or two good things done! ^^

One of those things is this - I finally did some of the research/buying I needed to do in order to start selling prints! Be proud of me. So! I just went out and spent about twenty bucks on print paper for mah snazzy new printer. (I hate the scanner on it, but that photo-printing ability is pure gold, I tell you!) I borrowed a sheet of my mom's photo paper and did a test run, and it works great! xD My Gaara-chibi never looked so shiny!

Therefore, I am now going to be offering prints! :3 I need to raise money for camp anyway, since I just spent all of the money I'd saved on New Mexico. I really want to go this year, since, as a senior, this is the last year I can go (and dang am I going to miss my youth group, sob). D': However, I need to pay my own way as much as possible since my parents put so much into New Mexico and they're helping me with college, so I decided this would be a good way to fundraise. Maybe. We'll see. This is sort of an experiment, since I've never done anything like this before. Depending on how this goes, we'll see about opening up real commissions in the future. :]

For now, here's the information~ (Let's hope I can sell one or two! Wish me luck!)

Marie's Amazing Print Sale!

-At the moment, you can ask for about any picture in my gallery to be made into a print. xD There are a handful I may say no on, but they're few and far between, so just request away and I'll let you know if it's available. :3

-Also, I will not be sending these out immediately, nor will I immediately require payment, because I don't have a PayPal yet! I hope to remedy that this weekend or sooner (although it may be next week), and then I'll start accepting payments and sending orders. <3 For now, you can go ahead and send me your orders so I can print them (you'll be committing to pay when the time comes), but I won't be sending until I get the money, sorry. <3

-All prints will be the same size and quality - 5x7 on glossy paper. Although I'm printing these at home, they will be photo-quality - or, well, as close to that as my art skills can let me get, that is! xD But yes, please don't worry about the quality of the prints. If you're unhappy with it for some reason, like they're not what you expected, we can discuss a refund. :3 I want you to be happy with what you get!

-I've officially decided that PayPal is much too complicated! So I won't be using it. How about we do this the old-fashioned way? You send me money, I send you prints! xD What does everyone think of this idea? I can't be responsible for money lost in the mail, of course, but personally I trust the postal system and don't think it will be an issue. But I don't know, do you guys think this is a bad idea, or is this a better way to go about it? I need a little input before I decide for sure to do things this way. ;D

Here's my prices/descriptions.

-5x7 Basic Print
$5.00 USD
A basic print of one of the pictures from my gallery, as-is, on high-quality glossy paper. Signed on the back by the artist (unless requested otherwise) and with a hand-written note from me! xD

-5x7 Custom Print
$6.00 USD
Same as the above, except that you can personalize it a bit. For example, if you liked [link] but you only wanted Deidara and Tobi, I could take those chibis and put them together for you instead of all four on one 5x7 sheet. (Would be kinda small, y'know?) It'd be a bit more work than just taking the straight picture, hence the extra buck, but still, I thought I'd throw the option out there. :3 I can't change every picture (sometimes I don't have the PSD file saved properly), but you can certainly ask and I'll let you know if I can do it!

-5x7 Sketch Compilation
$5.00 USD
This one's something I just thought I'd throw out there on a whim. You know how I'm always doing sketch dumps and posting doodles individually? Well, if you like my sketches but don't want to spend five bucks on a print of a messy doodle, this is the option for you! xD You can pick and choose pictures from my sketch dumps (and maybe some from my traditional folder) to be compiled and placed on the same 5x7. :3 You can choose as many as you'd like; the more you choose, though, the smaller the individual pictures get! This only applies to my pencil works, however. I'm dropping the surcharge for the extra work this is because I spend less time on pencil works than I do on digital ones. xD You may also request a color for the picture. Once again, this kind of goes by an if-I-can-do-it basis. If you like the idea, go ahead and request it, and I'll get back to you with a yes or a no! ^^ Like the other prints, this will be signed and come with a hand-written note. :]
