83. Chaos (of the mind) -Naruto manga spoilers- Okay...so... I've been wanting to draw a post-Oro's-death picture of Kabuto for some time now. It's always been on my list of "things to draw at some unspecified point in the future," along with Kabuto with his hair down and Neji in his boxers dancing like a lunatic (thanks to you, O you-who-knoweth-who-thou-art). ^^ Finally did it. A-aa... And I brought in a bit of symbolism, as well. xD The thing he's clutching so tightly is the molted skin of a white snake which, as you may or may not know, is a rare symbol of rebirth - one that Orochimaru himself had an experience with in the past. ^^ I thought it fitting that Kabuto would cling to one now, as he's about to, in a sense, become the rebirth of Orochimaru, by absorbing parts of his remains. That's the only real symbolism here. He's supposed to be sitting in the corner of Orochimaru's room, but it's all surreal and inverted-ish because of his state of mind. Think genjutsu...sort of. Anyway. Pointless rambling aside, I hope you will enjoy seeing this. I also hope this isn't too dark for anyone. <3 I do apologize if it bothers you or anything...
