Well... This is also sort of a (REALLY) belated Halloween picture. I wanted to do something with Naruto characters dressing up back then, but I didn't get the chance. =[ The idea didn't leave with the opportunity, however, so now it's resurfaced in the form of a trick-or-treating Tobi-bunny. xD
